6-grain Crockpot Breakfast
 
 
2 1/2 Tbs    bulger wheat  
2 1/2 Tbs    brown rice  
2 Tbs    barley  
2 Tbs    quinoa  
2 Tbs    cornmeal  
1/4 cups    rolled oats  
1 cup    diced apple  
1 1/2 tsp    ground cinnamon  
3 cups    water  
1 Tbs    vanilla extract  
 
1 Combine ingredients in crockpot.
2 Mix well.
3 Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
4 Stir before serving and add more water if needed.
5 Serve hot.
