Cook pasta according to directions omitting the fat and salt. Drain |

While melt margarine over med heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add peas, half and half, milk, cheese and pepper |

Once mixed well, lower heat & let simmer for 3 min, stirring frequently (do not boil.) |

Add mix to pasta & toss in Canadian bacon |
