Alfredo Sauce
 
 
1 Tbs    olive oil  
1 1/4 cups    Fat free evaporated milk  
3/4 cup    FF Parmesan Cheese  
1/2 tsp    salt  
1/4 tsp    pepper  
1/2 tsp    garlic  
1   can mushroom pieces drained  
 
Heat oil in pan add milk, cheese salt and pepper. Stir on medium high until sauce tries to boil. Remove from heat and add mushroom pieces. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
