Appetizer With Shrimps and Lime
 
 
500 g    shrimps No 4  
4   limes  
1   red pepper  
2   fresh onions  
100 ml    olive oil  
1   bunch fresh coriander or parsley  
1   tomato  
1   package small Arabic pitta bread  
 
1 Remove the shell of the shrimps and boil them for 3 minutes in salted water. Finely chop the red pepper, fresh onions, coriander or parsley and the tomato.
2 Squeeze the lime and mix with the olive oil and the other ingredients. Let them marinate for 1 hour.
3 Cut the Arabic pita breads in small triangles and bake them slightly in the oven. Divide the marinated shrimps with the vegetables over the pitas and serve.
