Remove the shell of the shrimps and boil them for 3 minutes in salted water. Finely chop the red pepper, fresh onions, coriander or parsley and the tomato. |

Squeeze the lime and mix with the olive oil and the other ingredients. Let them marinate for 1 hour. |

Cut the Arabic pita breads in small triangles and bake them slightly in the oven. Divide the marinated shrimps with the vegetables over the pitas and serve. |
