Apple Butter
 
 
8 cups    apple pulp  
2 1/2 tsp    cinnamon  
1/4 tsp    allspice  
4 cups    Splenda  
1/2 tsp    nutmeg  
 
Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high 3-4 hrs, then on low 2-3 hrs. (Cover may be removed last hr of cooking for a thicker butter). Stir every 2 hours. Makes 6 pints
