Apple "crisp" and Yogurt
 
 
1   apple  
1/4 cup    oats  
  Splenda to taste  
  Cinnamon to taste  
1 Tbs    nuts (optional)  
1/2 cup    fat free plain yogurt  
 
Cut apple in small chunks add oats, Cinnamon, Splenda (nuts optional). Microwave for 2 minutes. Add yogurt on top.
