| Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Combine sour cream and next 5 ingredients (sour cream through pepper); add to cabbage mixture, stirring to coat. Combine apple slices and lemon juice. Drain apple; discard juice. Arrange apple slices around salad. |
