Apricot-sauced Grilled Pork Chops
 
 
4   center-cut loin chops (bone-in) (approx. 1.4 lbs.)  
1   can undrained apricot halves, (8 oz.)  
3 Tbs    Ketchup  
3 Tbs    brown sugar  
2 Tbs    lemon juice  
1 Tbs    dijon-style mustard  
1 tsp    dry ginger  
1 dash    salt  
 
Mix all ingredients for sauce together in blender until smooth. Grill chops 4-5 minutes, until nicely browned on one side, turn and brush liberally with sauce. Grill 4-5 minutes more, turn and brush with more sauce. Grill a few minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce. Discard left-over sauce.
